The villa
Every bedroom looks onto the pool. The terrace looks out to the sea.
Spend the day in the water, swing in the hammock under the trees, stretch out on the poolside loungers, and cook in the kitchen or order food in. When the sun goes down, the garden lights come on and the terrace is yours for the sea view.
Full power backup keeps the whole house running, air conditioning included. All water goes through a 7-stage treatment system. A caretaker is on site throughout your stay.

How do I get the price?
Prices depend on the dates and the number of guests, and are higher on holidays and festivals. Pick your dates on the calendar and send them on WhatsApp. We reply with the exact price.
How do I pay?
Full payment is made in advance, by secure online payment link, UPI or cash. Contact us on WhatsApp and we will share the details. A security deposit of ₹5,000 is collected in addition and returned after check-out if there is no damage.
Is there a cook or housekeeping?
Yes. Housekeeping is ₹1,000 per day and a cook is ₹1,000 per meal. For cooking, guests provide their own groceries, including tea and coffee.
Can I cancel?
It depends on the rate you choose. Flexible rate: full refund of the stay price if you cancel at least 5 days before check-in. Non-refundable rate: lower price, but it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
What is in the kitchen?
An induction cooktop, chimney, microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle, with basic cooking vessels, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, and wine and whisky glasses. There is no gas stove. Most guests order food in; a cook is available at extra cost.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Ask us on WhatsApp if you need different timings.
How far is the villa from Chennai?
Kovalam is about 40 km south of central Chennai on the East Coast Road (ECR).
Do we get the whole villa?
Yes. The villa, pool and garden are for your group only.
What happens if the power goes off?
The whole house has full power backup, including the air conditioning.
Do you welcome foreign guests and expats?
Yes. Foreign guests are welcome. Please bring your passport and visa; we are required to register foreign guests with the authorities (Form C).
How many people can stay?
Up to 10 guests in three bedrooms. Up to 2 more guests can be added at an extra charge; contact us on WhatsApp.
Do I need a visa to visit India?
Most foreign visitors need a visa. Many nationalities can apply for an e-Visa on the official Government of India website, indianvisaonline.gov.in.
